Educational customers now have the option of purchasing Parallels licenses with 1, 2 or 3 years maintenance (upgrade protection).
Licensing upgrades require the original Parallels invoice number. Upgrades may be purchased with or without maintenance.
The license for the Windows operating system is not included with a purchase of a Parallels license.

All keys for Parallels Desktop for Mac Business Edition are volume license keys. The number of licenses purchased is tied to the key. If you purchase e.g. 500 installations of Parallels Desktop Business, you will receive one key that allows 500 activations of Parallels Desktop on 500 different Macs. Use Parallels Desktop Help to learn more about application features. Run Windows and other virtual machines using native macOS virtualization on macOS Big Sur and later (with no additional kernel extensions). Use up to 4 CPUs and 8 GB of RAM for a virtual machine and even more in Pro and Business Edition.
